Stewardship Covenant

Speedimaids™ is committed to restoring "Kingdom Order" to your sanctuary. We treat every home as a temple. To ensure the highest level of peace and safety, we operate under this covenant of mutual respect.

1. Scope of Stewardship

Our "Guiding Lights" personnel perform tasks based on your selected tier (Cast It Out™, Our Redeemer™, or Kingdom Come™). For safety reasons, we do not handle:

Biohazards (mold, bodily fluids, extreme infestations).
Heavy lifting/moving of furniture over 30 lbs.
Heights unreachable by a two-step ladder.

2. Access & The "Grace Fee"

Reliable access is required for your appointment. If our team is locked out or unable to enter at the scheduled time, a Grace Fee of 50% of the service cost will be applied to cover labor costs.

3. The Sacred Environment

Clutter: Please clear floors and surfaces of personal items so we can focus on deep restoration.
Safety: Pets must be secured. Any aggressive or highly anxious animals must be removed from the cleaning area.

4. Liability & 24-Hour Restoration

Speedimaids™ is fully bonded and insured. While we treat your home with reverence, if damage occurs, we must be notified within 24 hours. If any area does not meet the Sanctuary Standard, notify us within 24 hours and we will return to make it right at no cost.

5. Non-Solicitation Covenant

Clients agree not to privately hire or solicit any Speedimaids™ personnel for a period of 12 months following their last service. A covenant break fee of $2,500 applies to any violation.

6. Cancellation Policy

To keep our schedule in divine order, we require 48 hours' notice for cancellations. Cancellations within 24 hours will result in a full service charge.
